Rent Payment Options
Rincon Valley Ventures offers a large variety of options for payment of rent monies. While the majority of our new tenants are signed with ACH debit services, we do have many other options for rent payment.
We prefer to draft rent payments from a checking or savings account (your choice) to eliminate the need of dropping off rent at our eastside location. This also eliminates the need for our clients to make trips to the bank for cashiers checks or our need to deposit checks brought to our office saving everyone a lot of time.
Our ACH program is free of charge and is as secure as writing a check at your local grocery store.

If payment can't be tendered via our ACH payment program we offer the following options:
When using the credit card option there is a fee equal to 3% of the transaction amount required to pay for processing through the credit card processing center. As an example: this equals $30.00 on a $1000.00 rent payment. We chose to offer these credit card options as another opportunity to save you money on your rent. Most of our contracts offer signing bonuses that range from $50.00 to $400.00 off each months rent if paid on or before the fist of each month. If a tenant finds themselves in a position of losing their signing bonus due to a lack of funds, this option clearly becomes a money saver! The tenant can pay via credit card on time, meeting the signing bonus requirement and pay the credit card company at a later date thereby saving a portion of the rent discount. Most Credit card companies will not charge any interest if the charged monies are paid prior to the next statement date giving you at least a few weeks to float the monies needed before interest is charged to your account. Please check with your credit card company for their policy on this topic.
